While in grade school Denise began her creative writing adventures.  So enthralled was she with writing, she finished several 100 page stories.  One year her school held a hobby day where all the kids brought in their special interests.  For some it was collecting dolls, for others it was building model airplanes.  For Denise it was her stories, so she carefully laid them-title page and all-on the lunch table.  She received several odd looks from the parents, much to her chagrin.  Today, Denise is a freelance writer based in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Her work has most recently been published in the following magazines:
